Ruth “Nan” Hawkins, age 78, of Knoxville, passed away July 27, 2010 at home. She was of the Methodist Faith. Preceded in death by: husband: John Hawkins, sons: Eddie, William and Jerry Hawkins, daughter: Terry Wright and parents: Homer and Helen LaRue. Survivors: grandchildren: Jamason Wright, Jolie, Lori and Joshua Hawkins, several great grandchildren and nephew: Ricky Smith. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at Bookwalter Cemetery for a graveside service at 11 am, Rev. Jimbo Duncan officiating. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. |
