Wilma Fern Mitchell Browning, age 88 of Knoxville, passed away February 1, 2010 at her home. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Archie W. Browning; son, Richard Doyle Browning; parents, Lee and Bonnie Mitchell; four sisters and three brothers. Wilma is survived by sons, Archie LeRoy and wife Darlene, Ralph Eugene and one daughter, Erma Lee Dotson; grandsons, Archie Eugene and wife Lee Browning, Aaron and wife Rebecca Browning; Christopher Dotson; granddaughters, Lisa Fine and husband Mark; Pamela Johnson and husband Ray, Susan Stoffell and husband Rick; seven great grandchildren, Keegan and Cameron Fine; Sarah and Hannah Johnson, Evan and Nick Stoffell, Hannah Browning; special friend Rowena. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 8 pm in the Halls Chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert Jones officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home Thursday morning at 10:15 am and go in procession to Lynnhurst Cemetery for an interment at 11 am. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. |
